I had an idea to do a fun post on LOVE but I did not get enough time to present the data pictorially. After receiving the topic for this week’s Writing Challenge I decided to refine my post and add some MSPaint fun.

Originally meant for Valentine’s Day, this post is now my official entry to the latest **Weekly Writing Challenge – Image Vs. Text**.

**1.** **Love is a complex number.** A lot of people cannot understand it, first because this concept is explained very late in our lives and secondly because people do not understand most things.

**2. Love does not follow the rules of Algebra**. All of us were ~~tortured~~ taught that 2 + 2 = 4 and other complex things like 2-2 = 0, 2*2 = 4, 2 ÷ 2 = 1 but if you apply the same operators to Love,

1 + 1 = 1 (Two bodies One Soul, duh?)

1 – 1 = 2 (Separate the lovers and you get two sad individuals, one with many boxes of tissues and other with many bottles of alcohol)

1*1 = 3 (Don’t ask me to explain this we all know how babies come into this world)

1 ÷ 1 = Infinity

Ok, so the last one is the most difficult mathematical operator anyway – divisors, dividends, Quotients and Remainders. But this is a special case of division in which the entities are incompatible. Let us see at the first 1 and the second 1 separately. When two people come together, they are not always compatible which leads to complications like arguments, fights, shouting, and more arguments and then more shouting and then more arguments and then some more shouting, you get the idea. So the situation goes into a loop. A nasty never-ending cycle which can go on forever. So we divide the two individuals with brackets like () and then do the operation.

We give them separate places and then ask them to go out with new 1s. Hence the equation becomes

[{1+(new1)} ÷ {1+(new1)}]

From the Addition law of Love mathematics we know that 1 + 1 = 1

Hence, we get ‘a brand new 1’ and ‘Another Brand new 1’.

Legally both ‘brand new 1s’ should not add, subtract, or multiply hence the answer is Infinity.

**3. Associative Law**

(A + B) + C ≠ A + (B + C )

The simple reason behind that has been explained by science (basic genetics).

**4. Distributive Law**

A * (B + C) = Danger

Simply because this whole operation is illegal, unhealthy and BADDDDD!!!!

So now we have established that Love does not follow any law, logic or common sense!

#### I think the TEXT wins!

**DISCLAIMER:**

*This post is just for Fun (was it????). If you are a new reader and made till here, thank you for reading my blog and I write way more sensible stuff than this. Please check out my other posts* 🙂

I had a difficult time coming up with the result for division. What would you suggest?
