Photo A Day Experiment (PADE) participants let’s pat ourselves on the back, we have survived one third of Photo A Day Experiment! Your support and encouragement gives me warm fuzzies. And now I’m happy to dive into another theme where subject can be easily found but not so easy to capture aesthetically!
PADE Day 11 – Street
I have survived weird looks from many people on the street for carrying my camera and clicking everything I found interesting. I have digested the humiliation when people tried to look at what I was clicking and say something on the lines of, “There’s nothing interesting there, what the hell is she trying to capture?”
I had to encourage myself and say, “It’ll be worth it!”
And I will never know if it is good enough in someone else’s eyes but that doesn’t matter, I am having fun doing it. I never had any intentions of being a professional photographer, I just wanted to take better pictures during my travels. I can see the difference in the way I look at things now. But I digress.
I wanted to showcase the streets of Seoul on the days I do my Tourist-y things. There are plenty of sculptures and graffiti to admire and I never fail to capture them regardless of the instrument at hand – phone, iPad, DigiCam or DSLR!
Here’s a small collage of photos I took to capture the Streets of Seoul recently. These are the things that we might look at everyday but rarely see!
Photo Perspective: I clicked these photos with my Sony Xperia U (5mP) or iPad (The new iPad) and created a simple collage in Picasa.
I was just bored of sharing DSLR/Digicam pics. I think camera phones rock too!
I’d love to see how you interpret this theme with your camera/phone! Check out my PADE page for more PADE fun. Start clicking!
